Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (noshows), will be charged the full appointment fee to the card on file. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our schedule available for all patients.
